Summit Welcome

  • Dr Gerard Gaskin

    Executive Director, Catholic Education Tasmania

It brings me immense joy to extend a warm welcome to our second annual Teaching Matters Science of Learning Summit. Following the resounding success of our inaugural event in 2023, where we celebrated the achievements in evidence-based pedagogy, we are thrilled to present this year’s Summit.

Once again, we have gathered leading experts from around the world to share their valuable knowledge and expertise. Through engaging discussions and immersive sessions, we aim to delve into the latest research findings and showcase exemplary teaching methodologies, grounded in the evidence of the Science of Learning.

Our goal is for each participant, whether they are a teacher, Principal or education professional, to leave feeling empowered, armed with actionable insights that can be implemented to elevate teaching and learning experiences in schools and classrooms. We look forward to welcoming you on this transformative journey.
